H2O Innovation has announced its acquisition of Utility Partners, LLC, an American company located in Gulfport, Mississippi for $22.5 million CAD. The Quebec City-based company, which has an office in Burlington, Ontario, will maintain the U.S. company as a subsidiary. Utility Partners, LLC specializes in the operation and maintenance of water and wastewater treatment plants.
