Rhonda Harris, P.E., MBA, WEF Fellow, is a Vice President at Tata and Howard, Inc. She has more than 40 years of experience in managing and administering of a variety of facilities and programs in the water environment industry.
Her technical experience includes developing and implementing technical training programs for operations personnel, developing regulations for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, as well as an extensive range of design, construction, management, and operations and training development experience of water and wastewater facilities and systems.
Ms. Harris is a licensed Texas Class “A” Water and Class “A” Wastewater Operator and approved Operations Trainer in Texas, and is a registered Texas Professional Engineer. She is actively involved throughout North America providing management and operations consulting for water and wastewater systems and facilities.
Ms. Harris has been actively involved on an international level in addressing issues of water and sanitation through leadership and participation in the top water professional organizations in the world. As a Past President of the Water Environment Federation (WEF) and elected WEF Fellow, an elected member of The International Water Academy (TIWA), an Honorary Member of the American Water Works Association (AWWA), a member of the Executive Committee of LakeNet, Chair of The Inter-American Water Resource Network (IWRN), and participation in a number of additional non-governmental organizations (NGOs) in the water sector, she has worked for change and improvement of the global water environment for many years.Return to Board of Directors
