Vancouver-based Aquatic Informatics Inc., a global leader in providing innovative software solutions for water data management and analysis, recently announced the successful acquisition of WaterTrax and Linko Technology. The amalgamation will enable water professionals looking to partner with a single software leader to solve their complex water challenges. It has also made Aquatic Informatics the largest water data management company in the world.
Among other investor contributions, the transaction was made possible by new capital funding from XPV Water Partners, an Ontario-based venture capital firm. These investments will help expand Aquatic Informatics’ software suite and solidify the company’s position as a global leader for environmental data management, analysis, and compliance software.
Aquatic Informatics will continue to operate offices in Vancouver, British Columbia; Denver, Colorado; Ferndale, Washington; and Hobart, Australia.
