Support for scientific and technological collaboration between Ontario and China that promotes scientific, technological and industrial research and commercialization cooperation. Applicants can be Ontario-based technology companies, universities and colleges, and not-for-profit research institutions. Ontario applicants must have a Chinese research partner. The program is jointly offered by OCE, the Ontario Ministry of Research, Innovation and Science, (MRIS) and China’s Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST). The program will contribute up to 50% of eligible Ontario expenditures. The remaining 50% must come from cash or in-kind contributions.
