Founded in 2011 by Ebie Holst, the acquisition of Splashlink allows WatrHub to expand its industry portfolio and advances their market goals.
WatrHub specializes in early intelligence into utility pain points and needs, typically one to five years before a utility’s RFP is released. WatrHub’s services are primarily used by clients to gain a competitive advantage when pursuing potential municipal water infrastructure projects. SplashLink’s valuable RFP datasets are a natural extension of WatrHub’s early intelligence datasets. According to the company, this acquisition will accelerate its ability to deliver a more complete water intelligence offering to their clients.
WatrHub CEO Ahmed Badruddin aims to use SplashLink’s RFP datasets in order to bring predictive intelligence for companies that are pursuing municipal water infrastructure projects. WatrHub is in the process of merging SplashLink datasets into its data warehouse and will soon begin rolling these data sets out to WatrHub clients.
