What’s your #OntarioWater innovation story? WaterTAP is looking for powerful stories of how taking an innovative approach to problem-solving has generated (or will generate) positive impact – such as more efficient operations, lower carbon emissions, increased knowledge, or better policies – for managing Ontario’s water.
Send your stories for a chance to win a spot to share them with an audience of your peers during the Ideas to Action, Powered by Pecha Kucha session at Water Innovation in Action on October 23, 2018.
What’s a Pecha Kucha 20×20? A PechaKucha 20×20 is a simple presentation format where you show 20 images, each for 20 seconds. The images advance automatically and you talk along to the images and tell a compelling story. WaterTAP will invite five different speakers to share their stories at Water Innovation in Action.
Interested? Contact Kerry Freek at kerry.freek@WaterTAPontario.com to share your story by August 3, 2018 at 4:00 p.m. ET. Here’s what to send:
- Tell us who you are. What’s your name, and what is your role in this #OntarioWater success story?
- Share the story in fewer than 400 words: What’s the challenge, how are you and your team approaching it differently, and what are the outcomes? Are you applying a new technology? Have you engaged new partners? Are you taking a different approach to the status quo? Are you looking at data in a new way? Most importantly, why is this project innovative?
The selected storytellers will be notified by August 8, 2018.
